杨保求

杨保求，男，1979年生，中共党员，教授，硕士研究生导师。塔里木大学食品科学与工程学院党委书记。

一、研究方向

主要从事农产品加工及贮藏工程研究。

二、科研项目与学术成果

先后主持参与国家及省部科研项目多项，发表论文多篇，在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Bioscience等发表论文多篇。

（一）主持重要科研项目：

（1）国家自然科学地区科学基金项目《线性糊精-乳清蛋白肽接枝物的构建及其提升乳液稳定性和调控营养输送机制研究》，No. 32160533 , 2022-2025, 35万元。
